I take a holistic, culturally humble approach to therapy. Having lived and worked overseas and comIng from a very diverse background, I know that your identity, experiences, and values all shape who you are and how you interact with the world. Together, we will explore how to leverage your strengths, build resilience, and break free from patterns that are hindering your progress towards goals and towards achieving a calm, centered life.

The first session starts with the therapeutic alliance and building rapport. We will design a workable treatment plan based on your goals.
Start Therapy
Psychotherapy (therapy) is more than just venting or validation. Therapy offers a framework for knowing ourselves and how to work through our challenges. Therapy connects the past to the present, so we can successfully move forward and realize our goals.

(Intake)
Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation
60 minutes, $175
A comprehensive assessment used to understand your mental health needs. It includes a detailed review of your symptoms, history, and current concerns to help determine an accurate diagnosis and guide personalized treatment planning.

Psychotherapy
60 minutes, $160
A supportive, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through ongoing conversations, we work together to better understand challenges, build coping strategies, and support emotional growth and healing.

Couples/Family
60 minutes, $250
In a group setting, this approach emphasizes enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger, healthier relationships. In a safe and neutral setting, we work together to address patterns, build understanding, and foster healthier, more connected dynamics.
